Veflow Assistant

The app-wide AI assistant that gets real work done across CRM, ERP, and your workspace.

The Veflow Assistant is different from the AI Agents you build. Agents answer your customers; the Assistant works for you, inside the app. Ask it in plain language and it operates the platform on your behalf — creating CRM contacts, drafting purchase requests, checking stock, scheduling meetings, or managing users and groups.

Starting a conversation

  1. Open Veflow Assistant from the sidebar.
  2. Type your request in the chat box, or tap one of the quick-action suggestions to start from a common task.
  3. You can attach images and documents (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, JSON, markdown) for the Assistant to work with — for example a supplier price list to turn into a purchase request.

Your conversations are kept in a list on the side. From each conversation's menu you can Rename it or Delete it (deleting permanently removes all its messages).

How it works, in plain words

The Assistant is a "deep agent": instead of answering in one shot, it breaks your request into steps and routes each step to a specialist that knows one part of Veflow:

Specialist areaWhat it handles
CRMContacts, companies, notes, follow-ups
PurchasingPurchase requests, orders, vendors, invoices
InventoryStock levels, stock in/out, transfers, stock opname
Master dataProducts and warehouses
MeetingsScheduling and calendar work
WorkspaceUsers, groups, and platform tasks

You don't pick the specialist — the Assistant decides based on what you ask, and can chain several of them for one request ("find the vendor, create the PO, then put a review task on my calendar").

Following what it does

As the Assistant works, it narrates its progress and shows action cards for every concrete thing it did — for example "Created task" or "Sent email" — with the key fields and a status. Cards link to the actual record, so you can jump straight to the purchase order or contact it touched and verify the result.

The Assistant acts with your access: it sees the same company data you do, and respects your role and ERP role. What you cannot do by hand, it will not do for you.

What it's good for

  • "Register PT Maju Jaya as a vendor and draft a purchase request for 100 units of item X."
  • "How much stock of product Y is left across warehouses?"
  • "Schedule a meeting with the sales team tomorrow at 10 and remind me to prepare the deck."
  • "Add these five leads to CRM and set a follow-up for Friday."

Credits and history

Assistant work consumes AI credits from your company balance, just like agent replies — heavier multi-step tasks cost more. Track consumption on the Dashboard.

The autonomous actions your Assistant and agents take also appear in the Dashboard's AI Agent — What it's done feed, so admins can audit what ran while they were away.
