Conversation

Chat with your agents and review conversations from every published channel in one inbox.

The Conversation module is the inbox for everything your AI Agents talk about. Pick an agent, then browse two kinds of threads: your team's own chats with the agent, and the history of conversations the published agent had on external channels.

Choosing an agent

Open Conversation from the sidebar and select the AI Agent you want to work with. Everything in the inbox is scoped to that agent, so switching agents switches the whole view.

Recent Conversations

The Recent Conversations tab lists the internal chats you and your teammates have had with the agent.

  • Click New Conversation to start a fresh thread. The agent greets you with "Hi, welcome to Veflow!" and you type into the message box ("Talk or ask something").
  • Threads show a relative timestamp (today's time, days, months) so you can see at a glance what is fresh.

Internal chats are handy for testing a published agent with real questions, or simply for using the agent as an internal helper. Replies consume AI credits like any other agent interaction.

History Published

The History Published tab shows conversations your published agent had with real users, grouped by channel:

ChannelWhere it comes from
WebThe chat widget embedded on your website
WhatsAppYour connected WhatsApp number
TelegramYour connected Telegram bot
InstagramInstagram messaging, where connected

Each channel section lists its threads with an icon and timestamp. Open a thread to read the full exchange between the end user and the agent. This is the best place to check answer quality, spot recurring questions, and find gaps to fix in the agent's prompt or knowledge base.

Searching

Click the search icon to open Search Conversation. Type to filter threads by title; your Recent Search terms are kept so you can jump back to frequent lookups.

Managing threads

Each conversation has a menu with quick actions:

  • Pin Conversation — keep an important thread at the top of the list.
  • Edit Title — rename the thread to something meaningful.
  • Delete — remove the thread. A confirmation dialog warns that all messages in the conversation will be permanently removed.

Tips

  • Review the History Published tab regularly — it is your agent's real-world performance record.
  • Pin threads that document tricky cases, so the team can find them when refining the agent in the studio.
  • Use meaningful titles for internal test conversations (for example "Pricing questions - v2 prompt") to keep experiments organized.
